Dr Conrad Murray is accused of involuntary manslaughter following Jackson's death in June 2009.

The singer was killed by an overdose of anaesthetic and sedatives three weeks before his This Is It series of shows in London were due to begin.

The trial in Los Angeles was shown a presentation by the prosecution featuring a photo of the singer's body on a hospital bed.

And the court later heard from Jackson's friend and colleague Kenny Ortega, who read an email he sent expressing concerns about the singer's condition just days before he died.

Prosecution lawyers allege Dr Murray, who wept during one part of the opening statements, was negligent in his treatment of the star.

All Dr.Murray wanted was money from Michael. He did not want to help him at all. This is terribly sad!!!

there is 2 ways to look at this , mj was too addicted to drugs....so even if mr murry dint give it too him there would have been another bent doc ready to give it him .... i think this still would have happenend some where down the line......the other view is mr murray should have not left mjs side.....his skills as a doc are bad ....more could have been save his like....its a shame the doc has all this on his mind too i dont think mj would have wanted him to go to jail....rip mj

@RoYcHoPP i agree i dont hink MJ wud have wanted him to go to jail either, MJ was the one addicted to drugs n the one who requested propofal, and he was just following MJ's orders, however i do think he has bad skills for a doctor
