Alex Davis is banking that people will want cereal not only for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner, too.

At the Cereal Connection in Plantation, Fla., customers can mix their own concoctions with 60 different cereals, such as Trix with strawberries, Coca Puffs with M&M's, for $2.50 or $7 depending on the size of the bowl.
