I don't know why straight men are homophobic to homosexual men. In reality gay men are more peaceful and kind than straight men are. Honestly though gay men seem too be more crude than straight men. It almost seems like they feel the need to prove their point by grabbing each other groins and open mouth kissing? @hr1201 I don't know whoever termed the word "homophobic" but it's really not very accurate. A phobia would be a fear and I think fear is not really the visceral reaction a normal man has to other men who prance about and use that lilting gay voice. It's really more like homo disgust than a fear. However, I realize you need to frame it in a way so that you don't cry yourself to sleep in your pillow at night because your parents are ashamed of you, So good luck with that and your guilt.
