A brief video describing which oils you should use and which ones you should avoid. Foods you can eat to improve health! It can be difficult to know which ones to use, and which ones to leave on the shelf!!

1. Canola - Low in saturated fat, high in mono-saturated fat. It can be used as a marinade, and even in low temperature stir frying. This oil won't interfere with a tastier meal.

2. Olive - Distinct flavor with heart healthy ingredients. Rich in anti-oxidants. Healthies when un-cooked, like salads, or dipping sauces.

3. Butter - Has been around for many many years. Taste great, and has sources of Vitamin A, E, K, and even D. YOu can use for baking, spread, pair it with creamy sauces.

4. Margarine - Replacement for butter initially. As a cooking oil, margarine taste good. Good source of Vitamin E.

Eating healthy food means "Cooking healthy food", and that's really where your eating will take center stage.
