Coast Guard man overboard...

Coast Guard man overboard rough sea recovery. Coast guard attempt to recover a victim overboard in rough sea conditions. Their goal is to pull up beside the victim and pull them into the lifeboat. They encounter a several wave series that washes the victim around the other side of the lifeboat. The body(Dummy) eventually washes up on shore.
