My Hair Regimen/ Before and After Hair Growth Pics... Yay!!!

This is my hair regimen video... yay! I just wanted to share the process that had made my hair grow in a year. But... I missed some detail in the video so here's some extra info!

I'm relaxed with 4a and b hair type (I think)... I hate weighed down hair... I hate greasy hair (it make my face break out), I like for people to touch it and their fingers don't come out shiny... lol. My hair does not like tons of products... I have to truly keep it simple...literally!

When I wash- I use about 8-10 pumps of Hair One for my whole head. I leave it in for 5 min. When I co-wash with Vo5... I only focus on my scalp.

After I wash- I have to be 40-50% air dried before I can comb my hair... it hates being combed wet. I use a shower comb to do that.

I sleep on a satin pillow case instead of using a bonnet or wrapping... I use to wrap all the time... but I think my hair likes to breathe!

I always keep my ends moisturized... so I put some Herbal Essence on my ends before I put my hair in a bun... I like to tuck my ends in.

I flat iron my hair 2-3x a month...only for special occasions.

I get relaxers every 10 or more weeks.

@TheMissebaby I use it once every two weeks to clarify my hair! I strip it because there can be build up using the products that keep moisture in your hair!

Hey Gina! Thanks for posting your regimen. You've really done a great job on your hair. It looks great! One question...what were the Keracare products I think I saw? And when  do you use them in the regimen? Also, where can I find the Chi and Herbal Essence. Picked up the Hair One at Sally's. So, I'm trying to be like you! Thanks for you help!!! God Bless!
