u nid to be more confident, less pauses. 1 way is more practice, until u can play without looking at the score. then if u want to be really really confident, practice until u can play with ur eyes closed. u just know exactly where to place ur fingers, how to move ur hand...
another thing is to keep ur tempo constant, at some parts, u sped up. most obvious examples are at: 0:32 & 2:17
