I've had low back pain for over 2 decades now on and off. Sometimes just mild, sometimes moderate. Recently I had a motorcycle accident, and my low back pain got a lot worse. Thankfully I've gottten about an 80% improvement since then in the last 2 months. My chiropractor has moticed great improvement. I've also been doing the inversion table, hot tub, restorative yoga and lying on tennis balls.
