Pilotwings 64 - Birdman. The most atmospheric and relaxing tune EVER made for a video game. You won't find another tune like this! Many remember this nostalgic music from the 90's. Flying around little states and crescent island in cloudy weather...*sigh* love it! Best video game music...no doubt!
It's also impressive that the Nintendo 64 could handle such a big level like little states. maybe not so detailed enviorment like in sandbox games today, but still great job.

I'm the composer for Pilotwings 64 and I just had to post how cool it is to see that the game and my music was appreciated by the target audience. Most 40 year olds reviewing the game at the time didn't get it.

God I loved this game when I was a kid.. It was my first choice from Mario 64, Diddy Kong Racing and Banjo Kazooie.

I remember flying around as that guy all the time for hours. The game is so peaceful. I unfortunately never owned the game, but it made me happy when I did play it. :)
