Looking for some input on the short voltage drop I get when I drop the clutch during deceleration. Voltage drops from 15V (nominal operating voltage) to 13V, climbing back with a few seconds to normal levels. I get a warning indicator during the low voltage period.
Research led to the possibility of cutting the lead from the alternator to the ECU and wiring direct to the battery in order to get a more true voltage reading faster.
Thoughts?
