I respectfully disagree.

While I will give you points for citing the advances in medicine that can extend life, I am still of the opinion that all death is certain.

Can you, without a shred of doubt, say that a person can exist on Earth, in a body, for millions and millions of years (theoretically for the rest of all time)?

I think that answer is "no". Even if the tech exists to transfer consciousness or replace worn out body parts, death will claim us all, in the end.
