Grant came from a family that was strongly abolishionist... I doubt if Dent would have 'given' William Jones to Grant if your interpretation was a fact...

Ulysses S. Grant owned slaves. As a Union General, he believed he was above the law.

Robert E. Lee, owned NO slaves. Lee's wife opened an illegal school for black children to learn. Grants wife? Owned slaves just like her hypocrite piece of shit husband. To hell with Lincoln, Sherman, Grant, and the rest of the Union.

It was a different time 150 years ago--slaves were owned bu mostly rich plantation owners but some yankees owned them as well--just like cattle---Most yankees --especially in rural area in the north had never even seen a black person--My family owned some slaves but thats the way it was back in that day--The problem was having children by them!!--obama babies still make me sick--because I don't believe the races should mix---I'm a racist--So FUCKING WHAT---Get over it--It's history now-

@FastPonyGT If you scroll down on one of his posts, he will type that "Lee had white babies with his slaves". That is odd to have "White babies" with a black female. So of course when I asked for source on that, he had nothing and then turned around and denied he even wrote that. The only source or book he has ever read is Elizabeth Pryor's book, "Reading the man". He just went on google books and copied small parts of it.
