Rickson Gracie talks about FLOW

Rickson Gracie is the son of the late Helio Gracie. Helio and his brother invented the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The Gracie family has a huge family full of incredibly talented martial artists. Members of the Gracie family have dominated the sports of Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts for almost 80 years. They also founded the UFC and Ricksons younger brother Royce won 3 of the first 4 UFCs.

Rickson is considered by the entire Gracie family to be the family champion. His Jiu Jitsu is unmatched. He was a Vale Tudo Champion, a BJJ champ, and won the first ever Pride Fighting Championship.Rickson is undefeated in over 400 fights.

no I don't deny his victories, but those didn't come from fights, ergo his record is made up(btw thats not an appropriate thing to do for a martial arts master). I quote Helio: "Rickson fought twice in Brazil and the rest of his fights were in Japan. I don't know if there were 3, 4, or 5. The rest that everybody likes to count that adds to 400, were tournament matches, amateur fights, little kids plays and I don't count those as fights." nuff said.

@AceofDlamonds even Helio admitted in an interview that his record is fake. But that dosen't matter. He's Rickson Gracie, undoubtedly one of the greatest jiujitsu masters of all time. If you feel you are good enough to go mouth off about his record, go challenge him and beat him if youre that tough ha! beat Rickson!!XD

None of the people in the 390+ list were students, they were closed door, style vs style, grappling matches...etc...it's not too hard to believe. But billysue2 still thinks Rickson has lived under a rock all these years and would get whooped today. It's amusing....

@ashworthsteven i never thought bas was amazing or even great but when bas fought funaki it wasnt mma ,it was pancrase,no head punches or ground and pound.Pancrase favoured grappling heavily and bas wasnt a good grappler.IM both too old and busy to train enough to be a pro fighter nor would I be interested in it.In my youth i kickboxed,wrestled and fought tkd to a national level,now I just grapple for recreation 3 times per week.Ricksons record is bullshit with wins against clowns.
