Practicing off ice jumping straighter might help you tighten your legs together on the ice. Try consciously jumping straighter on the ice too. By straighter I mean, pull your body alignment straighter when you jump. It's very good, but I'm guessing you want a tighter look and having tighter legs will probably help you in the future for triples.

That's good! Nice height and flow. The wrap isn't as bad as I expected after reading the description. But to get rid of a wrap, focus on squeezing your butt together in the air. Don't think about squeezing at the knees or inner thighs--that creates a wrap. Instead, squeeze your lower butt/crotch muscles. Stand with your legs crossed in a wrapped position. Work on squeezing the muscles--you'll know you've found the right one because it will become really difficult to hold that wrapped position.

Wow thank you ! I can´t believe how great advice it is! I will start to work on it tommorow. But I just tried to do it off ice and it´s working ;)

I think that is a very good jump. Maybe you need to get your feet together more in the air. But otherwise you have good flow in and out of the jump and it is clean. So well done. Enjoy skating :)

Hey thanks for nice comment ! You are right with the feet, ill try to fix it. I wanna try to start working on a triple, lets see ;)Maybe some day i will be able to jump triple loop...
