Squash Bugs are damaging insects to cucurbit crops like squash and melons. This video gives gardeners the tools needed to identify and control squash bug in the garden.
@theEpisteme -If they're black & red, they're Boxelder Bugs. You never see just one, and they're attracted to wood. Hard as Hell to kill-Thiodan worked but they've taken it off the market...........
I've got little bastards like these invading my house. I'm not sure what species they are but they look similar to these nymphs. It hasn't rained in several weeks and my HOA cut down a bunch of bushes along the side of my condo a couple weeks ago and ever since these bugs as well as springtails have been coming into my condo in droves looking for shelter and water. Nothings seems to be proving all that effective at getting rid of them.
Plain old soap and water dish soap and a sprayer fairly heavy mixture that will take care of them
