Thank you very much for your detailed video. It helped me to get familiar with the inner workings of the dispenser drain. We had a hankerchief wedged up in the dispenser drain hose where it connects to the outer drum. By pulling back the rubber bellow we were able to see the garment and pull it out without removing any parts of the washer. Thanks again!
Thanks! I was able to retrieve the sock that was clogging the tube and fixed the washer.
