Paranoia is as bad as drunk driving.....Yeah, the uneducated OVERLY intoxicated people ruin it for the people who CAN have a couple of drinks and still navigate better than the 70, 80 & 90 year old men and women that are still allowed to drive!!! .08% is NOT a good indicator of intoxication and there should be some variance allowed based on an individuals ability to operate a vehicle. NOT stand on one foot and recite the alphabet backwards!!!

Ppl who drink and drive are just too lazy to find a ride home. Why dont u have someone you care for or you witness someone who has been killed by a drunk driver and then you should be talking
