Hmmm... now that I think about it, Barry wasn't even reading off a teleprompter during those other two incidents I mentioned, which means he actually believes that he's been to 57 states and that 10,000 people were killed in that tornado. Maybe he's just got a problem with numbers... or perhaps he's just stupid!

Did you ever notice that Barry never seems to catch himself and make corrections on the spot when he says such idiotic things? It's as if he doesn't even notice them... like when he said that he'd been to 57 states, or when he contended that 10,000 people died from a tornado in Kansas. It makes you wonder if he even thinks about the words he's reading off the teleprompter.
