yea intercity train's dont have much passenger's but im talking about the seat's like as im an intern @ Bankstown hospital and most of my shift's are night shift's when i do take a train into the City at 1 am home the trains are absolutely empty which causes me to wish for a Tangara lol.
@kbahboh I disagree, i think intercity trains are more comfortable than Tangara. Also Tangaras are always crowded so its hard to get a seat but intercity are usually remote areas so there are less people
the T sets were designed for Suburban working with seating thru out the train, The G sets were for the "inter Urban" trips to Wyong, Blue mountains or Wollongong - these had 1 toilet per 4 cars and the seats were reversable (and some different crew controls as well) - since the H sets (OSCAR) sets have been introduced the G sets are being retrofitted to standard seating for suburban workings with some of the T sets being upgraded to match the seating (without the reversable seats)
The Tangara (t or G sets) would have to be the best looking metro rollingstock I've ever seen. The noise they make when setting off or slowing down is mad as well.
@MrChowTheTroll i honestly wouldnt know which ones which lol
