  • @whatthehellbook The bible was not written by the Creator of the entire Universe. There are no bible's, Quran's, Torahs etc falling down from the sky like rain drops or growing from the ground like flowers. Religion and religious texts are man made with mans own philosophy added to it. The Creator creates nature and its up for us to follow the direction in which nature takes us.

  • eternity in hell = Heil! Try lenient

  • Bravo. It is so true. Hell is a mistranslated word of the Hebrew bible.

  • Hell is a totally illogical concept.

If it is true everyone will go to hell.

Muslims would go into christian hell and christians would go into islamic hell so everyone goes to hell at the end.You may say that your christian god is omnipotent and will save you but Muslims believe their god is omnipotent too.Since you can't be more than omnipotent no god can beat the other.See the problem? If there is hell everyone will go there. No exceptions.

  • An educated fool.

  • @Hypnus9 Hitler mercilessly killed millions of people. And people in prisons are tortured, just removed from society and tried to be made good enough for society again. Under the bible some of us would go to hell, eternal suffering, for the mere act of not being able to believe in something based on faith alone. Its a horrific punishment beyond imagination for a completely arbitrary moral demand.

  • @carlsm95 "I just wanted to avoid hell, and the thought of it terrified me and kept my imprisoned in the false religion of Christianity for longer than I should have. " I had the same problem when I was a kid. I lived in fear, prayed obsessively. Thankfully I freed myself from that. The world is so much more a beautiful place and life is so much more worth living without these fears and superstitions.
