  • look, if i had my way, i would remove all of the stupidity and psycopathic rage that you people feel, but it just isnt going to happen. being solitary is part of who we are and nothign can change that

  • and if autism speaks gets their way about, they will issue autsitc screening and abortions, that one life will be taken away from them

  • penguins deserve representation, and autism speaks needs to be destroyed!

  • the amount of money i would offer to have those 2 shot

  • What are they doing with the money??

  • BULL!! I was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome at age 3 and born with hydrocephilis and I still graduated with my mainstream High School class!!

On that note if Autism Speaks is so smart then, I'm the Prime Minister of Antarctica! XD

  • I get a strange sense that she doesn't like people with Autism.

I heard words like "Weapon" and "against autism", and I couldn't watch anymore.

It's genetic and we can't be "wiped out".

I often wonder who the real animals are.

  • First is non-verbal which means until you give them a way to communicate you don't know what they are and you are stereotyping them. Second is autism as a co-morbid diagnosis with some form of mental retardation or brain injury and they are not classic cases of autism but have autism as a symptom of much more serious difficulties.

  • Look at Stephen Hawking he can't speak but I can't imagine not tapping into his brain because he can't talk. A large percentage of the "severely disabled" autistics are in one of two categories.

  • The problem comes when we keep trying to make them talk rather than communicate. My son has made great progress in communicating since talking has ceased to be the primary form we demand. He can spell, type, use PECS, and a voice output device. He is 6. Maybe he will talk maybe not.We could assume he is "severely disabled" because he can't talk or we can maximize his brain power by finding another way to get to it.
