@trinnylax123 I agree. For example: UW-Stevens Point. A normal sized public college in a very small city (23000ppl with just city with nuthin anywhere nearby). Every activity we do here involves drinking. Fishing, hunting, golfing, ice fishing (a blackout drunk activity). Theres just nothing to do in Wisconsin except normal activities with drinking. Our alcohol tax is the lowest in the country and we have the most DUI's and alcohol dependancies per capita of any state.

And these wisconsin boys are rookies. Most of the yuppy kids that go to UW can't drink that much anyways. You gotta go to the smaller college towns, where there's nothing to do BUT drink.
