  • When you cross the leg over you are rolling out the Gluteus Medius and the Piriformis, not the Gluteus Maximus.

  • My physio has had me doing it for a while and its resolved quite a few issues for me - worth trying.

  • Im pretty sure ur rolling on the wrong side of the glutes when u have ur leg over the other one
