I respect the old guy in so far that he managed to get african banking support to prop up his economy, which is a mess. And the rich africans said we´ll finance you, yeah why not anything to keep the old white colonialist out ! Couldn´t have been any different, or are us white people wiating in the wings ?
Naah, Zimbabwe was taken back by the natives just like SA and rightly so.
For the white property owners it is a bit of a tragedy though.

i live in borrowdale zimbabwe right now. its really improved after last year. late 2008 months were very bad times. no power, water, food; fuel was rare.
