:3 Hope this way works out for you! If you want you can add more shadows and highlights like many professional artists do, this is more of a starting point :3

@thecrazymonkey0001 For this one I believe I used CS3 But you should be able to do with with any version even elements from my understanding.

try this:
change color mode to lab color
use color changer thingy
use gladient if needed
thats what i do to edit manga o-o
