  • Why can't you people build a chair with the performace of a Quantum but with a little eye appeal? Bad enough being stuck in a wheelchair then have to drive something like that. combination of both really makes you look handycapped. I took the H.P.running gear out of my Quantum and put it my old Jazzy 1120, painted the old shroud and now I have a good looking chair that will go, Had to dehorn it a tad.

  • Cont... The only repair I have needed on my current chair has been the tilt actuator which was broken by a bus driver pulling down on my chair (while in tilt) to tie it down. I love the MWD and the TruBalance tilt and recline. Thank you Pride and Quantum!!!!! One satisfied customer here!

  • I've had my newest Quantum Q600 for a year now and it runs beautifully! My last Q600 was damaged when hit by a car going 30mph. The chair base and components suffered NO damage but the seating system was totalled! The police were able to drive it off the accident scene! Now that is a test of its' durability. I decided not to have that chair fixed and never did use it again just for safety reasons. I love Quantum and will never use another manufacturer again! Cont....

  • I have been through 2 Quantum 6000Z'S already this year both with "issues". The first had bad motor brushes that were replaced only to have more motor problems. Does WARNING 179 ring a bell? Pride took the first one back and replaced it with a new one and 2 weeks later started running rough and again with WARNING 179 sounding off.(You guys must hear that in your sleep by now) Pride took that one back too with no questions telling me you know theres a problem with those motors.
