Moroccan bread is NOT like pita bread, it's about 2-3 inches in height, is there a pita that thick? if so, it should be called moroccan bread instead of pita.
PS: The song+ The bread = pure nostalgia (twe7echt mimti).
Morocco ROCKS!!

I knead by hand, so I was wondering my bread came out hard like a rock, what do you think I might be doing wrong? THanks

Women in Morocco knead by hand all the time. its labor intensive because it is going to take at least 20 min of constant kneading. make sure you use enough water. if want to can add butter or powder milk to it to make softer if you like.
