Painkiller Black (PC) - 02 - C1L2 (Atrium Complex)

Here's part 2 of my Painkiller Black Edition playthrough for the PC. The Black Edition has the main game, and its expansion, Battle Out of Hell. This covers level C1L2, Atrium Complex.

In this playthrough I play on Nightmare difficulty, unlock all tarot cards and find all secrets and holy items (there will be additional videos for Trauma and Extras content).

Gold Cards Used: None
Silver Cards Used: None
Card Unlocked: Haste (Gold - The World Moves 2x Slower)
Card Unlocking Requirement: Destroy All Objects

Also of note, this playthrough uses checkpoints only. I don't use any quicksaving!

This is played on Nightmare, then I do the Trauma only content later (Forest, bonus ending, bonus level in the expansion).

Bloody hell, nice work! So from what I can work out, you just head back into that room you were in and all of the doors should simply be open?

Yup. It's like that for every level. You activate the exit, and you get free reign of the level, including previously locked doors. So it's always a good thing to go searching after you defeat all the enemies.

I've heard of Painkiller but have never seen it in action. Its very Quake-like. I like what I see, I'll have to keep an eye open for a cheap copy somewhere. Your videos have that effect on me. For instance, just watching a few of your Serious Sam videos forced me to pick both episodes, and I beat em both in a single sitting each! Been one of my favorites since.

Ha, it was new for me that using Killer on bodies multiple times will give you extra gold. I usually take shotgun and blow the heads of.
