A girl with a thick Philly accent wigs out at her boyfriend, then proceeds to jump on the hood of his car. Finally he drives off with her holding on for dear life. Actually, you can hear her say "Here we go!" as they start to wheel away. We captured the whole thing out our window.

@DrJuice1 it's more of a Philadelphian ethnic Italian accent, but similar to other Whites in the Philadelphia area. She speaks with high nasality, which is not typical in Black accents. I can assure you that yes she has an unmistakeably Philly accent
