PITCH - Dr. David Langley talks about the impact of social media and crowds on sustainability. Social ICT can make it easier for people to act in a sustainable way without spending a lot of time and energy on trying to change their behavior. This creates a new kind of activism, or as David calls it 'slacktivism', as the internet and social media can enable 'slackers' to become activists without a lot of effort.
