UPDATE: Video has been reuploaded! Go here: http://www.vimeo.com/4240144

Warner Music and YouTube have decided to go and be asshats by yanking a lot of people's videos for using copyrighted music. This doesn't seem to be an issue for any other music company though, and WMG doesn't seem interested in finding a better solution. As a result, the "Transformer" song that was on here originally has been replaced by some AudioSwap Drum&Bass B.S.

I'm in the process of uploading it to a different website though, and I'll put the link on here as soon as it's completed. Thanks for your support, patience and understanding!

OLD INFO: This is track #9 off their amazing album, St. Elsewhere. If you haven't heard the whole thing yet, go out and buy it RIGHT NOW. As soon as I heard the song I knew it needed a video to go with it.

UPDATE: Thank you, everyone, for all the great comments on this video. I've had this up on YouTube for a year now, and I'm simply amazed at how many views and responses it has received. And while I'm also disappointed that this song will not be included on the soundtrack for the new "Transformers" movie, I'm glad that people are able to enjoy it anyway. Thanks again to all of you!

By the way, if you dig this sound, search YouTube for videos of their other songs: "Crazy," "Gone Daddy Gone," "Smiley Faces" and "Who Cares?"

  • Down with WMG and the other big labels. Do not pay money for their albums. They have ripped us off for too long, and now the money is going toward the oppression of artists and their fans.

  • Man the old transformers where so much better.

  • So what is THIS song then?

  • I don't see how WMG gets away with blocking music on the official youtube feeds of bands. I noticed They yanked a cover Green Day did. The song was C#tion ( C Yo Yus) by a punk band called Fifteen. I know for a fact WMG has no right to that song. The song's writer, who's on my facebook, absolutely despises big labels. So, What is really going on is an example of money over powering freedom of expression. In a way that is in fact illegal.

  • i watched the other video, very well made amv.

  • what is the name of this instrumental beat????

  • lol

  • i'm glad you reposted! this song is soooo HOT!!!

  • Dope Tune :))

  • @joelfwilson yeah. just Megan Fox save the movies, ja

  • @joelfwilson Yeah, Michael Bay should suck dicks in hell for what he did to that idea.

  • I can completely relate to your issues with Warner... I post no-budge skate videos and have refused partnership several times because I don't want my channel to be driven by profit... it's just a rewarding hobby, you know? Anyway, I always give credit in the vids and/or vid info with links to the artists- no commercial gain for me, free advertising for the music. I've found that Sony will force a clickable banner ad on vids, which I think is cool. But removing audio? Bad for us, AND for them!
