I was 5 years old when he was murdered, and even thou I did not understand anything that was goin on, I remember the news. Now as a 34 year old gay man, I understand every word, and everything that this man fought so hard for. Not just for gays everywhere, but for everyone, He fought for everyone. There was no one like him, and we sure need some one like him today. R.I.P. dear Harvey.

In my experience some of the gay haters usually are closeted gays - wrapped up in self hatred.............. shame on anyone who in this day and age wishes to demean someone because of there sexuality. people are just idiots. thankfully the world is slowly changing. there is no reason to hate gay people, it does not make sense and is not justifed - I have yet to hear one good argument as to why gay people are inadequate - harvey milk may god bless you. truely a marvellous man. @deeter131 I am in no way a against Gay people, I think they should have all the rights straight people have but I am against inaccuracy and if you are up on your high school science/biology then you would have learned that all start out as female and it is only when that extra chromosome is added, that is when you get a male baby but look it up, we all start out female not male. The oldest way to tract the human race is also from a female, all women have one shared dna gene from Africa

@Tgang213 you have some good points there. Yet i see your respect for Harvey Milk i find that you don't REALLY know what he is all about!!!! you refer to the bible as "the fairy tale book" yet the bible never really states that one man can lay with another man (or the female equivalent)!!!! in a letter from some Paul (forget the last name) he talks of what he thinks about it (he's not a fan). As a young teenage gay i find when you trash talk the bible it's like bombing headquarters
