  • Wow, these two women couldnt be more "safe" with their thoughts on this subject. Stand up, you're women, tell us how disgusted you are by it and how wrong it is.

  • Far Rosen, doesn't hate women, he hates white people.

  • Who really cares about what this worthless piece of garbage really thinks?

  • "Rosen's hateful politics have brought him book contracts, prestigious fellowships, interviews on influential television shows and even a request to give testimony before the US Senate. His work has been published in elite magazines and newspapers. No one batted a lash when he called for Israel to be destroyed or supported the Taliban - whose treatment of women and girls is among the most brutal in history. But for attacking Logan, he was excommunicated from polite society." --Caroline Glick

  • I feel bad for this guy who made that tweet. I to, like to say things people are offended by and true at the same time. If anyone thought he was wrong, look at what they are talking about. Anyway you slice it, they are NOT talking about the barbarity of these middle eastern nation states military wings. They are NOT talking about the horrors egyptian woman are enduring. Nope. They are doing exactly what the tweeter said they would do.NOT TALK ABOUT THE REAL ISSUES

  • @amibidhrohi2006 It wasn't just one tweet, it was also a series of back and forth discussions with other twitter users where he repeatedly defended his statements and trivialized/mocked her assault. He should be treated more harshly than the wack-jobs on the right because he's the type of left wing extremist that gives right wing extremists the ability to stifle all criticism of US foreign policy. He's proven himself (even before this incident) to be just as ignorant as Limbaugh or Savage.

  • @amibidhrohi2006 You should read all the Tweets, not just the first couple. Outrageous, especially from an anti-imperialist.

  • @amibidhrohi2006 Although I agree with most of what you are saying I do not think it was "terribly poor professionalism on Cooper's part"...I am LIBERAL & proud of it but this was over the top! Maybe it is just me but I am used to folks on the Right being down right heartless & disgusting so it bothers me to see someone like Nir Rosen participate in such behavior...Hopefully he is truly feeling bad about this & will think twice before allowing his initial emotions to override his common sense.

  • Others have said similar things. It was hyperbole, directed at someone he was discussing with, clearly to evoke a reaction. The comments on their own were stupid, but does anyone seriously believe he meant it? Turning an idiotic tweet into the evening news is terribly poor professionalism on Cooper's part.

And others have said similar crude things on the Right. Is it because this guy is anti-Israel and a liberal that he's being picked on for his comments?
