This is way better than USA way better low security better grounds outside weather sunny everyday decent fresh food nicer bed than amerca gives.
You allow outside money influence meaning he can use all the cash he got from bribe info which was false by the way and use it to live really well he has nothing now wait till later after bribing the guards he will have lobster and steaks and a newer bed hot showers and drugs he's gonna be in a kinda peru resort not prison.
