Oh I love this song so much! I heard it when I was really young in China. This version is the best ever because of Yo-yo's playing and Japanese instruments. It really reminds me of ancient Japan... I also love Yo-yo!!! I met him this March and took a picture with him!!!

all right I know that Yo-Yo Ma is one of the best, if not even the best cellist (is that the correct word?) in the world, but actually this interpretation seems to rich for me: imho there's to much innovation and additional 'interpretative' phrases added. Eventually the whole original, very simplistic, clean, discreet and calm song becomes nothing more than a brillante etude..
