NEW TO THE SERIES? READ HERE BEFORE WATCHING PLEASE!

This is the fifth episode of the series that I'm calling the manual movement, my "quest" for want of a better word to get more people using manual controls on FIFA. This episode contains my semi-final match of the Head2Head Cup, which I am trying to win on manual controls playing against people using assisted controls.

If this is the first episode that you have come across and you do not know what manual controls are (note: manual controls does not mean tactical defending) and you have not seen the introduction, you can view it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=neGWfVD2CzY - In the introduction I explain for the unenlightened what manual controls are, and demonstrate the differences between manual controls and the default "assisted" controls. If you do not know what manual controls are, I very strongly recommend you watch the introduction before watching this video.

As always I would really appreciate any feedback you can give me, whether it is positive, negative, constructive or whatever. So please please give me your opinion one way or the other: like/dislike, leave a comment and if you want to see more videos it would be great if you could subscribe. Even more importantly, if you enjoy the video, please spread it around to other people you know that play FIFA, especially if they play on assisted so that they can see it too!

And one last shameless plug, I have a twitter account @FluorescentFIFA and it would be cool if you could follow me because I'm hoping to use twitter a fair bit further down the line.

That's more than enough writing, so thanks again and hope you enjoy the video.

  • Loving your vids man. I'm struggling to win with manual controls against Professional teams with my fav. team Chelsea. :( I can realize the potential of manual but the computer keeps besting me by 1 or two goals always.

  • @SelfIndulgenceNet It does take a little while but once you get the hang of it, it is so much more satisfying =)

  • You deserve more views/subscribers. Your videos are great and really well put together.

  • @reven337435 Thanks man, I really appreciate comments like yours =). I believe that I will get there... one day =D

  • @FluorescentFIFA Your welcome I think you will too. You definitely deserve it!

Fair enough mate. But I think in real life many teams rely on their fast players too, as pace is a very strong attribute for a player to have.

However, I do agree, I prefer to play opponents who can pass the ball as well.

On the other hand, any opponent that is so rubbish that he can't do build up play, and always has to use a fast winger, should be getting beaten by good players quite easily. So I am normally happy if my opponent is pace whore :P

    Peace!

  • @thenikk Ah well. I'm sure I will use another German team some time down the line, then I'll be able to make sure I get it right xD

  • @FluorescentFIFA yep, and also the word "von" ;) The correct sentence would be: "Weil Borussia Dortmund meine Lieblingsmannschaft aus Deutschland ist." But still really good!

  • @richiespeedisback But in other news, thank you for the kind comments xD

  • @richiespeedisback it's the fact that like most players who use this kind of team he RELIES on Ribery that is annoying. Apart from his one chance where he tackles me twice on the edge of my box to get through, his only things of any note came from just passing it to Ribery and holding the sprint button. No skill in that. I don't like it when people use 5* teams and rely on their pace and strength to create chances because they can't build a goal up using passing.
