If any of you don't want random drug testing in the private sector (check your state laws for details) then you need to fight this and get it into the courts.

Although drugs are illegal, workplace drug testing is done from the perspective that it greatly improves safety in the workplace. You must also consider the rights of those put in danger by individuals who ignore the safety considerations.
