you manage to make the arpegio part quite musical - this is not common

I'm working on this piece now just trying to clean it up. Well done thank you.

Hi Mr Kindgren, please can you do a cover of the Choro of Villa Lobos. It would really help me to play it.
Thanks :)

I was looking for a good recording of this piece. Wonderful to find out that you had one. Always a fan.

I remember playing this song and another song by Bach for NYSSMA (music festival in New York) and the Friday before the festival i played this song for my senior choir class and at the part where you do the sweep and end on the B1:48 , I could literally feel the silence in the room. None of them heard me ever play any Classical Guitar before and when i finish the song the were freaking out and thought it was so good. But I am always humble and tried to tell them it was nothing hehe

your quality of sound is simply superb

@munkeey1123 There's a book out there. It's very cheap and has all of his major pieces including the preludes and Choros

the timbre works better when the first E is played on the D string, and that is the one and only critique i have. Very beautiful, wide dynamics, world class interpretation. I give it 5 stars

I'd love to listen to "A Lenda do Caboclo" on your strings. Do you already have it?
I must ask, how do you get such clear recording? Is the audio recorded at the same time as the video? (either way, it is still amazing!)

Hi there. Yes, the sound is what you see. I have a good microphone beside the camera and then sync the sound from the recorder with the video sound.
Kind regards,

Mr. Kindgren, I had no idea you had a video of this piece! I'll never forget the day I memorized this one. I enjoyed playing it for some time. I totally forget the whole song now...lol maybe some day, I'll take it out again. I love Villa-Lobos!!!!! Scott

Mr. Ouellette :-)
I remember playing this Christmas Eve for my fiancés family when I was 20 years. They all looked like: WHAT!? Is that music? :-) I tell you thay didn't like it! They never asked me to play again. I guess I ruined their Christmas totally that year! LOL
I have a frustrating relationship with V-L. I hate and love him at the same time... Have to talk to my shrink about that... and other things too
See you Scott!

An absolutely amazing performance. I am in the process of deciding my guitar examination pieces, and I thought that following the music with your recording would be my best bet. Your performances are always technically and musically perfect. I concluded that I absolutely wanted to do this piece for my guitar exam.
I then read the video description. You played it perfectly, note for note. These videos are of an elite on youtube, of true quality and musicianship.
Thank you
