You know this all comes down to Public trust, we the people are the beneficiaries of the public trust. the Public Servants are the trustees. If they cause harm, injury or loss to the beneficiary, they fail their fiduciary responsibilities. No one has right to govern another without consent. No one has right to cause others harm, and no one has right to tell others how to live. "The State" is created to protect our rights, but no one can protect us from stupid, stupid is a threat to everyone.

@lionel21000 A victimless fictional crime is simply what it says, there is no victim, no harm, no injury, no damage, no violation of a right or threat to anyone's safety. The examples you have given fail that test. Drug use is not a crime, people use drugs for many reasons, giving harmful drugs to kids causes harm and is a crime. Speeding is not a crime, speeding down the street in a school zone or populated area and threatening the lives of others is. Same with texting and cell phones.

@Snowblindinfinity what is a fictional crime??? thats a nice catch phrase 'no victim no crime' too bad its not true. Drug use not a crime? It is if you have seen drug dealers hooking kids with hard core drugs. Speeding or texting while driving? It sure is, have you ever been to a fatal accident and seen a body? Just because their isn't a nice neat crime with a 'victim' and 'offender' doesn't mean that right and wrong don't exist. These are crimes against all of our safety.

@lionel21000 There are and have always been real laws to deal with harm, injury, death. What is being challenged here is fictional crimes. No man has a right to rule over another. No man has a right to demand anything from another except as compensation for some harm. Fictional statutory laws are created to extract revenue from the people, nothing more. No law can stop a fool from doing harm. No words on paper will stop a killer or a thief. No victim, no crime.

@Joebhoy1888able The meanings of words often change in the legal scenario, this provides cover for the deceptions that are imposed on us. There are many definitions of citizen and to understand it one has to read the context of the case. In this case it is plain that a citizen is a living soul, born on the land in reference because only living souls can have unalienable rights, Life, Liberty, Happiness,..

In many cases Citizen refers to a subject or slave as well, property of "The State".

@Joebhoy1888able its not journeying peacefully when they are breaking laws that are designed for keeping the public safe. Sadly, 99% of traffic laws (unlike other criminal codes) are based on collisions that resulted in death and injury. The only traffic violation that can result in a suspension of privilege, that is not related to safety, is failure to have insurance (in 49 states which DO consider that unsafe) or failing to pay the trivial amount for a license every 6 years. You thick bastard
