@FrederickNetwork So what?
-
Yes. Hahn played more in tune. But Belkin played it in a high position, which is more difficult. Personally, I like Belkin's sound more. Hahn always is the best in intonation.

@manifold0606 Compare this part -at 1:07- to "Hilari Hahn plays Prokofiev violin concerto 1/3" -passage 6:50- (loaded by Yamafuki) just listen carefuly.

@manifold0606 from 1:15 exactly it's sounding wrong, in this sequence only to be precise, I insist about it. I don't know this part of piece I'm not musician but this concerto I know it very well it's one of my favourite Prokofiev's music. I'm a great fan of Prokofiev and others russians musicians too.

He played correctly. Do you know the notes of this piece?
-
the final section of mvt. 1 with the flute seems like he's playing way too loudly...am I right? I don't have the score in front of me but isn't the dynamic for the violin p or even mp? It does not sound "dreamy" like it should.

At 1:30 he made wrong accords ???!!! somes notes played sounds awfull...??!!!
