Obama Anointing Prayer for Walkway to Inaugural Stage

Rev. Rob Schenck and Rev. Patrick J. Mahoney are joined by Congressman Paul Broun of Georgia in offering prayers for Barack Obama at the interior walkway of the US Capitol that the President-Elect will use just prior to entering the Inaugural platform to swear the Oath of Office. The ministers anoint the doors with sacred oil as an act of consecration to God.

I'm the atheist, and while I don't believe in things like this, I'm not going to trash someone's personal right to do so, NOR am I offended that Obama is saying "under God" in his initiation. That's a personal choice. It matters when it's the government who is supposed to be the voice of EVERYONE... but this is Obama's personal choice, and these people doing this thing with the door in no way needs to be disrespected.
