hey, anybody here know the differences between male and female slider turtle?

when sliders are babies, it's hard to tell. However, when they are 1 years older or more, males will grow noticeably longer nails and will have a bigger tail. Female sliders also tend to outgrow males in terms of body size.

2) That turtle was bought with irritated eyes, probably from dirty water

3) He recovered within 2 weeks without the need of a vet.

it's a male, but i'm not sure why in't his nail long... or maybe he can grow up more?

actually my turtle was sick for a while, but luckily i nursed him back to health. he had some respiratory issue (made wheezing noises and sneezed) and all i had to do was keep the water warm and made sure he wasn't stressing out from the habitat
