SDT Waste & Debris
Here is video of an SDT Waste & Debris truck off loading garbage directly on the ground. In the video you can see that the concrete ramp where the garbage is supposed to be offloaded is overfull. So instead of taking the time to clear the offloading pad the operator just dumps the garbage directly on the ground. After reviewing section G and K of LAC33.VII.508.B. (Table of Contents Title 33ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY i Environmental Regulatory Code September 2008 Part VII. Solid Waste) http://www.deq.louisiana.gov/portal/Portals/0/planning/regs/title33/33v07-200...
It is my opinion that no garbage should be dumped onto the ground where it may contaminate the ground and its runoff would ultimately seep into our community. Why are we allowing this to continue in our community? HELP STOP THE TRANSFER SITE FROM CONTAMINATING OUR AREA NOW!
