I have put together a great series of exercises to work on your abdominal strength and to tone that tummy. It is a quick 5-minute routine so you should have no excuses in finding time to perform it!
I would recommend this video for all ability levels. If you are new to exercise then you could just miss a set out here and there as you get tired and if you are already training hard you can just fill in the rest gaps with more crunches!
It is by no means an exhaustive abdominal routine and when you are training your mid section it is important to remember to train your deeper core muscles and also your lower back through extensions to keep things even.
This will however provide you with a no nonsense ab burn in a short amount of time using some classic abdominal exercises.
