  • @pachigallo Variation: Reduce the heat and leave it for 6-8 more mins and it'll be extra crunchy. Add lemons and use the seasoning as a garnish or sauce and put it on white rice.

  • @SheIsBlessed it is caribbean food... this dish is mainly eaten in the coastal regions of Colombia (Cartagena, Santa Marta, Barranquilla, etc...). But the best one is cooked either in Cuba or Puerto Rico.
