@ohmphthschwrhu I would like to remain a little naive and think that there's some people out there not corrupted by greed... If there's any hope at all, it's the quasi-non-capitalists in China. China promises not to make any policy demands in their partnerships with African nations :D Hopefully they will grow Hemp which will skyrocket their economy like it did for European nations. It's easy to grow and it's number of uses are amazing.
