Still nice. I have watched your videos, and you have certainly improved nicely from your earliest videos from four years ago. Reathalack is right, however. You're also rather slim for a thrower, so I'll suggest you move on to four rotations.
I recommend flattening out the first rotation, adding a toe turn and make it a total of 4 rotations. His technique is really good enough for that, and as long you don't squat 250kg +, 4 rotations is really the way to go.
