  • I will get that cheesecake recipe out when I hit P3. I think I'll be there before most of you. The thing about the chocolate delight for me is that adding a little something not listed on the protocol kind of makes me think I can take other liberties. Little dangerous. I've been looking for the cheapest place to get ketostix.

  • Hey thanks for the videos. I'm new to HCG; couple of questions. 1)I'm going to do Sub Ling. Do I start the 2 day gorge the day I start the HCG or 2 days before? 2)While on this diet do you feel hungry a lot? 3)I noticed that Melba toast has dextrose, what's a good substitute? 4)What do I eat, and how much, the 3 weeks after the HCG is done? 5)Then after Phase 3 what can I eat? 6)How hard is it to keep the weight off after the phase 3? Sorry for all the questions but I want to do it right. thanx

It definetely hit the spot for me, I actually ate a little more than I should have, but oh so worth it....I won't make it again for awhile, but love the recipe, and I will fix it during P3 with the macadamian nuts and coconut flakes, mmmm.....

  • Hi Autumn.

    I used to be a rambler... now more of a mumbler...

    If using the hard plain breadsticks - could try dipping in the chocolate (like chocolate covered pretzels)

    For AFTER the protocol - adding unsweetened coconut flakes (and optional almonds) - can make some pretty tasty Mounds or Almond Joy type low carb candy.

    You've just got people dropping pounds all over the place ! Great to hear it.

    I ate dinner and felt ick and came on and you cheered me up!.;o) So inspiring!

  • You look terrific! I looked at my spreadsheet where I keep tract of my daily weights, etc and noticed a similar trend in bigger losses on the weekend! I am sure that is a better theory than mine of losing after I cheat! LOL.  Anyway - great observation. I need to get to bed earlier during the week!

  • Glad to know u r doing great. Have ur DH read Arthur Agatston, M.D.'s book "The South Beach Heart Health" book. I've really gotten so much out of his cardiology information. After I get to my HCG goal weight, I plan to follow the SBD to maintain. Dr. Agatston talks about Metabolic Syndrome/pre-diabetes for older women and that has been so helpful to me.
