Good video for techniques but not the spirit of shotokan! Physically dominate his opponent keeping his self-control. The goal is not the KO (even if it can happen) but defeat his opponent by winning the respect and the same respect in return. The essence of shotokan's essence is not physical but spiritual: "The greatest victory is the struggle that we have not had to carry." OOSSSS !!

@MrKarateka123 You are never to young to be a real Karate-kKa. As long as you train with an open mind and strong discipline you are a true Karate-Ka. I am 14.

@MrKarateka123 I haven't spoken to you in forever good luck when it comes around. I'm going to the world championships in Serbia this year in October cant wait.You will go to the world championships one day and I know you will do amazing.
