A Special Book

An extra special handmade altered journal with tons of sugary sweet embellishments, ribbons, glitter, millinery flowers and sparkly jewels.

This is a commissioned piece. The owner asked for an extra embellished journal/scrapbook with "over the top" goodies. She asked for lots of sweets and candy, cakes and sugary treats, shabby chic and vintage elements in her favorite colors, pink, aqua, cream, green and bits of yellow. She wants lots of places to journal and jot down thoughts and ideas, a few photos here and there, but mostly journaling spots. I added plenty of tags, papers and pockets to hold her thoughts and ideas.

The book is 100% handmade, pages are hand constructed and sewn together for stability.

It's funny how hateful people can be, especially on the internet and share sites such as this one where you can hide your face. I have to say that you've taken it like a trooper, bravo! I love this album and have for over a year now and I go back to it every now and again. There's something so sweet and vintagy about it that I just love. Please make another video!!!

I love your book. All the work you put in it and thought. If some people say too much work put in it or too much. I disagree. I love it. It is one way to display say all. You have filled every nook and granny. I admire you for your book. I have alot of things that I never really knew hot to diplay so it would be one thing here and another there. This is a great example. Be brave. Go for it.
